Sam Totaro will serve as a judge in the National Law School Moot Court Competition

Sam Totaro will serve as a judge in the National Law School Moot Court competition to be held this year on March 18 and 19, 2011, at the Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. The competition this year features 25 law school teams from around the country and will be held in the court room of the Ohio State Supreme Court. The issue in this year’s competition concerns an adoption agency’s failure to investigate the accuracy of information in its possession concerning a child and his biological parents’ background, known as a "wrongful adoption" claim.
