Carol Shelly was recently appointed to the Pennsylvania Association for Justice's Blue Ribbon Panel Merit Selection Panel. This appointment came from the President of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. The Panel consists of trial lawyers from throughout the Commonwealth. The Blue Ribbon Panel will review the Association's position on the issue of whether our appellate court judges should be elected as they currently are, or whether a "merit selection" process should be adopted.
