Wrongful Death
Mellon & Webster, P.C. has represented numerous families after the tragic death of loved ones due to medical malpractice, products liability, defective pharmaceutical products and negligence. The largest settlements and verdicts in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas for fatal, preventable accidents have been acquired by the attorneys at Mellon & Webster, P.C. over the past 20 years.
The law firm has represented families in many state and federal courts. Among many others, the law firm represented the family of a father and son involved in a fatal descent into the ocean's depths while investigating a World War II submarine off the New Jersey coastline. The events of this case were memorialized in a book known as "The Last Dive" by author B. Chowdhury.
