Mediation Mediation can be an alternative to litigation or a way to bring litigation to an end. What is mediation? It is a dispute resolution process facilitated by an independent, neutral party who guides participants through discussions allowing them to resolve their problems. There is no resolution unless the parties agree. Unlike a judge or arbitrator, the mediator does not impose a solution. If you have been involved in conflict, you know that it can cost time, money, energy and sometimes relationships. For more information, please contact Deborah A. Romanski, Esq., |
