Mellon Webster & Shelly successfully filed numerous lawsuits representing many individuals who suffered serious injury from the use of the diet drug known as Fen-Phen. Such injuries included heart valve disease and primary pulmonary hypertension. The lawsuits filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia, were successfully resolved against the defendant manufacturer, American Home Products.
